Frederick A. Talip, MD, completed an internal medicine residency at State University of New York-Buffalo at Mercy Hospital in Buffalo, New York, and a rheumatology fellowship at Roger Williams Medical Center at the Boston University School of Medicine in Providence, Rhode Island, where he was also appointed teaching fellow.
Dr. Talip is board certified in rheumatology, and is an American College of Rheumatology Fellow and American Board of Internal Medicine Diplomate. With more than 15 years of experience diagnosing and treating rheumatic conditions, he most recently worked in private practice as a rheumatologist in Cornelius, North Carolina, serving as lead physician.
